     On your first visit you will have some forms that will need to be filled out.  If possible we would ask that you come a little early to allow time for filling out the forms.  Once the forms are finished we will obtain information that will allow us to serve you best.  If you aren't having any specific problems, we will take x-rays, clean your teeth and check for any mouth problem areas you may have.  The staff is eager to meet you and they will make your visit as pleasant as possible. 

     If you have a specific area causing you trouble we will take x-rays and see what procedures need to be done in order to make you comfortable again.  Sometimes in order to get the procedure done it may take another visit to our office.  We will do our best to work around your work and family activities.

     It is recommended that people have their teeth cleaned every 6 months.  This will help to keep your teeth and smile healthy.  If you have problems in between then be sure to call and set up a time to see the doctor.

Payment:

We are aware that dental services are not always planned.  There are times when you may not have the money for the services.  When this happens you can apply for Care Credit.  This is a simple thing to do.  You can log onto their website (www.carecredit.com) before your visit or we will be more then happy to assist you with this process during your visit.  Care Credit will let you know if you are eligible for credit through them.  There are several options you can choose as far as paying back the money.  They offer 1 year interest free if paid off within the first year.  What a great deal that is. 

We are a provider for Delta Dental Insurance.  If you have other insurance we will be more then happy to file the claim for you.  If you have other insurance then Delta Dental then you will be responsible for the amount that is not paid by your insurance carrier.  This includes the difference that we bill and the insurance says is allowed.
